James Teefey is Co-Managing Director at Lee Electrix, where he combines hands-on industry expertise with a passion for cultivating the next generation of electricians. Starting as an apprentice in 2011, James has spent 15 years mastering the trade – now focused on growing the business while fostering talent through mentorship and opportunity. A strong believer in leading by example, James stays involved in day-to-day operations while ensuring Lee Electrix remains competitive in a fast-evolving industry. Outside of work, he enjoys sports and time with friends, valuing the same teamwork and camaraderie he brings to the job.

Mark Chang’s electrical career began as a mature-age apprentice at Lee Electrix back in 2010, where his strong work ethic and problem-solving skills quickly led him into leadership. Now as Co-Director and Operations Manager, he plays a pivotal role in the company’s day-to-day efficiency, ensuring smooth workflows between the office, warehouse, and onsite teams. Based in the office, Mark oversees key operational functions—from inventory management and material procurement to scheduling and resource allocation. His meticulous coordination ensures electricians have the right tools and stock for every job, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity. While his focus is on behind-the-scenes logistics, Mark also liaises with clients to clarify project requirements, bridging the gap between customer expectations and on-site execution. A hands-on leader, Mark thrives on optimizing systems and supporting his team, upholding Lee Electrix’s commitment to reliability and excellence from the ground up.

With over a decade of dedication to Lee Electrix, Robert Capaldo knows electrical quality inside and out. Coming on board as an apprentice in 2014, he worked his way up through hands-on experience, earning his place in the office as a trusted Onsite Electrical QA Manager. His keen eye for detail, deep knowledge of the trade, and unwavering reliability ensure that every project meets the highest standards—keeping clients, supervisors, and builders confident in the work delivered. When he’s not overseeing quality on-site, Rob is a devoted family man and an avid Collingwood supporter (through thick and thin!). His approach and commitment to excellence make him a respected professional.

Miriam Micallef is instrumental in upholding the financial integrity and operational excellence of Lee Electrix. As our Finance Manager, she leads all facets of accounting and financial management with precision and reliability—ensuring every invoice, payment, and ledger entry is accurate, timely, and fully compliant. With a keen analytical mindset and deep commitment to excellence, Miriam transforms complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business performance.
